I'm not sure if you have heard of Regretsy, but if you haven't then it's time you should. Etsy is a website designed for the crafty individual. The type of person who can whittle a piece of wood into a finely crafted piece of artwork. The site also gives the consumer a way to individualize merchandise. For example, last Christmas, Rachel ordered a heart shaped pendant and had it engraved for me for Christmas. Months later, she used the site again to have our engagement rings personalized.
Rachel has been extremely selective, since not every piece of merchandise on the site is high quality. There are sellers on Etsy who will try to rip you off, which is where Regretsy comes in handy. For example, a seller attempted to sell a "Vintage Wooden Dish Rack" for $19. The dish rack does look fancy and hand crafted, until you scroll down a little further and realize that the same exact dish rack can be found on Amazon.com for $11.98.
Similiar to Rudolph the Rednose Reindeer and the Island of the Misfit Toys he encounters, Regretsy has created it's version of the Misfit Toys, though it's been renamed "The Island of Misfit Fuckery."
